DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIVE WEST OF TEXAS...THEY WILL NEVER GET YOU HOME ENOUGH (IM FROM CA)
NOTHING BUT B.S. POLICIES THAT THEY CHOOSE TO IGNORE...
you are supposed to get a "special" day at home every month...i only got home ontime about twice in 16 months i worked for them...
no breakdown "policy" it's just if they like you or not...just loads of crap...
fist dispatcher i had was fired...another dispatcher my friends had was finally fired...i asked to be switch to another dispatcher b4 mine was fired ....didn't help she was ok for the first 2 months...went out on maturnity leave and the sub was a bald faced liar...got me home a WEEK late for my birthday...when she came back i had already been broke down for 5 days in georgia...didn't want to pay me breakdown pay and had to go over her head all the way to the VP of operations...after that she never did anything right for me and wouldn't approve me to go 63 mph...had to go over her head about that too...
