working for a small company in Kenosha , wi. have to make deliveries to locations like Lake Forest, Rosemount, Libertyville, ect...whats the best north south roads to use to avoid tolls..and a lot of stop lights?

You can have a choice of tolls or many stoplights.You can't have both no tolls and no stoplights in that part of Illinois.

Get really INTO the RMN Motor Carrier Atlas and it does tell you about tolls and stop lights and travel terrain. You just got to know how to read it. That said, OP did ask a simple question. So yeah; that part of IL, you pay the tolls to be able to go. No tolls is stop and go. Dealer's choice on what suits your need at the time. No real terrain challenges.

Rt 41, is the only truck route I can think of. Rt 43 might work too. I rather take the tolls
