I was talking to a guy, LS open deck in Ontario yesterday. Nice guy. New 2016 / 389.

He said he can get 8 Bob tailing. 7.5 with an empty traier. 7 at 15,000 pounds and goes down from there.

Another dude, exact same truck with a reefer, no wing, said he gets 6 on a good day.

 

Dude i never said i got 8 every day. I said i got 8 when pulling a newish dry van with all the fuel saving techs. My god man you want to fight with everyone that doesn't share your opinion.

 

So what kind of freight are you pulling out of PNW? Didn't know you were up here.

Ya ok. So its impossible for a good running n14 driven by an experienced fuel conscious driver to get 8 mpg pulling a trailer specced for fuel.

 

I thought we were passed that? What kind of freight?
