And then guess what? You see they open another dealership and then another dealership and then another dealership. Who do you think pays for all of that?
They are not like an independent shop somewhere that tries to be reasonably fair with you or works with you in any way.
Their attitude is that you brought the truck in there's your truck there's your bill pay it because we have more stuff to do and more money to get off of more people.
Next. Get it in and get it out and get them a bill. Whatever happens between the truck coming in and the bill we don't really care about just pay your bill and take your truck.

I *think* he’s upset because they did it without consulting him first because he wasn’t expecting the cost to be that high. Perhaps he couldn’t afford it?Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
But apparently they just fixed it and gave him a huge bill and then lit the truck on fire.
If what he is saying is accurate I don't see what affording anything has to do with it.Another Canadian driver and Frank Speak Thank this. -
Depending on how the turbo failed it could have dumped some oil down the exhaust. That oil is probably what lit on fire in the catalyst. Proper repair in that case should have also entailed the removal of the DPF and exhaust pipe for cleaning.
Another Canadian driver and Flint1 Thank this.
