    Good evening,
I've searched thru these threads to find anything on Bay & Bay out of MN and I've come up empty every time. So, with that being said, I will be the Guinea Pig. At one point, I had 2 trucks pulling dry vans around and I was dispatching both trucks. After some time, I ended up getting rid of both trucks and closed everything down. I gave up the owner op life style and went to running a heavy wrecker & did some oversize loads with a RGN. The road has been calling my name, so lets give this another shot. I'm not looking to get rich or to expand. I just want 1 truck and that's it. This will serve as a log of my journey thru the ups and downs. My goal is to post weekly, My first post on this will be Saturday as I should be running my first load for Bay and Bay. As y'all ask questions, ill try to answer them to the best of my ability.
*I obviously got myself into some pretty cold weather, -19 currently. Its a cold one.*

How does one go from owning two trucks previously to now getting mixed up in the lease purchase game? Rather backwards isnt it?

It is backwards but I am going about it this way for multiple personal reasons.

Yeah, I know guys - but I'd rather see the honest progression unfold.

    It's all good information.
