I am going to say something here based on gut instinct, not any experience. Talk to agricultural equipment sales and supply companies. Farmers need parts and supplemental equipment year-round, not just planting and harvest times. A lot of those parts are heavy, but not too heavy for a hotshot. Big tires, building panels, metal stock, welding machines, hydraulic components, all sorts of stuff.

Even if you don't want to be an o/o hotshot, those supply companies will have other companies that they work with, and will likely be able to direct you to potential employers.
