I'm trying to find out the prices for a 2014 Kenworth t700 air dryer.
Part number is k049086bxw
Was quoted $710 by a shop and questioning if it is or is not a fair price. Something tells me the latter.
Bendix Air Dryer?

Sounds like 35% markup over dealership parts counter prices
-
That sounds too high to me. I've never paid over $425 even in emergency out on the road. Our local supplier price is around $350.
-
paid about $800 for mine, but that included labor-- TA installed it
-
I can get a Bendix AD-9 for $180 exchange in Saskatoon.
-
Did mine 3 months ago for 325$ that was just parts I did labor.

the part number is K049086 bxw found only two websites and shows msrp at 1,038 and 1,000 on both.

Here try there Anythingtruck.com and they have a trouble shooting list at the bottom of the page, you may NOT NEED to swap out the whole unit. and its not hard to swap it out yourself and save the labor from the shopLast edited: Mar 6, 2016

@alien4fish I saw that as well. Those are remanufactured and aftermarket products. Thanks for looking though. I got OEM Bendix new. Idk if I can base it off the after market prices
