Thats just sick, who in their right mind puts bacon on donuts?

 

Shipley is still around. Not just Texas but all over Louisiana and Mississippi too. I love em. Hard to get a truck in most of them though.

I grew up a few blocks from a Krispy Kreme. We'd ride our bikes up there late at night when they were cooking them and get a hot dozen with a huge ice cold Coke. I have no idea how we ever slept and our hearts didn't explode. Anyway, I've matured now and can't stand KK. Give me a Shipley any day, and for the best in the world try the Donut Hole along the Florida gulf coast.

Pancakes and bacon with maple syrup is good #### yea, I don't know about on a donut like that though, that just seems wrong.

 

If you think that's sick, years and years ago, Bob, from the Bob and Tom radio show had some Indy chef cook him a cheeseburger. But instead of a bun, they used a donut with chocolate icing cut in half...he loved it, I about chucked my breakfast thinking about it.

 

the ONLY donuts i will heat up in the nuclear reactor is the dunkin donut pumpkin....which since we are nearing the fall, those ought to be available soon.
