    Gee ya think lol. Of course it's costing you. Here is a news flash.....YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS TO THE TRUCK! It is not yours. You are paying on nothing! I don't care what they have you sign.....unless you have a title with them listed as a lien holder you have zero. You are a company driver.

    There are several companies out there like Lone Mountain and others that will put you in a truck with a small down payment....and you get a title with them as the lien holder. It will be expensive....however you can take the truck where u want.

    @freightwipper ....I dont think that's what @MOGLAR said.

    Are you planning to run under your own authority? or get leased on to someone elses authority?

    I believe he's looking at running under his own authority.

    My local bank or credit union won't finance trucks, so I used a broker. I hear bmo is pretty good, but I'm not sure if they'll finance to get out of a lease.

    @freightwipper do you have a relationship with your local bank?

    I had one financed with them too. I think 10.5%. Pretty high. Local banks are around 7.5%

    That's simple any financial institution that's willing to take on high risk loans at very low rates i wish you well trying to get that.
