There is a reason Chattanooga is called "The Scenic City". Big enough to have anything you could ever need without the big-city problems of Nashville or Atlanta. Lots of outdoor activities and plenty of the rich cultural and musical heritage of Southern Appalachia. Low cost of living and no state income tax.

Longer riding seasons for that Roadglide, Galveston, Padre Island, the hill country west of San Antonio. If you're a trucker that ride the steel horse, it's not a bad place to be.

Exact same reasons why I would move to Vegas. The weather and the roads. Nevada is wide open. Makes a hell of a difference owning a bike when you can ride most of the year.

Good roads in every direction. EVERY direction. Thousands upon thousands of mom and pop restaurants with good food. Downtown is awesome. "Nightfall" during the summer, every Friday...they shut down Market for the bikers, like a weekly motorcycle rally. Riverbend and Bonaroo.

That's where I am hoping to end up one day. The closer to the Smokys, the better.

Well, if you are looking for a house in the Chattanooga or surrounding area, look for a spread that you can park your rig at.

I am thinking 40 acres should be enough to park anything I can legally drive.
