Lots of outdoor activities and plenty of the rich cultural and musical heritage of Southern Appalachia. Low cost of living and no state income tax.

Exact same reasons why I would move to Vegas. The weather and the roads. Nevada is wide open. Makes a hell of a difference owning a bike when you can ride most of the year. -
