Beware of Alex Logistics - Park Ridge IL

I am the lienholder on this unit. It is obviously not being paid for the same way the drivers are not being paid. My assumption is one of the drivers are upset that they are not being paid and holding the unit hostage. Or on the other side of this the company is hiding the trucks in the fleet, I am just trying to put feelers out there to see if anyone may have any information on the whereabouts of this unit.

 

So was this truck being leased to the company and they skipped out on a few bills?

Correct. We financed the truck, it's not being paid for, it is an active repossession and replevin. If anyone knows where it is I'd like to try to find it.

 

I’ve been know to replevin a a Kentuckian or two. Never a Volvo though. But I’ll keep these bat eyes open!

Have you checked they mechanic shop location, office parking they parked units time to time overnight and last warehouse location they used or maybe even officially rented space from?

 

Do you have an address or landmark that I could point my agents to? And by the way I appreciate your help!!

 

Mechanic shop as I remember was located next to "Two men and a truck" company in Des Plaines,IL.
I assume that if you see trucks with "Natex" logos there it would confirm that they just use new company but most likely same equipment and infrastructure...hence may prepare new "move"...

Last warehouse I remember they reloaded trailers (and I even heard forklift driver complain they owe him weeks of pay) was across Walmart in Cicero,IL. From what I was told while asking around the whole facility was used/sub-rented to other trucking companies ( at least two owned by Ukrainians) .
There were lots of units coming and leaving and some parked overnight too.

 

Would this happen to be by the airport?
