That's what I was thinking. Tenstreet was what I used to get on with Ozark. It would prefill out like 90% of your app for you based on your past applications and you could see the status of all your apps with the companies all on one screen and speak with recruiters at the touch of a button. It is not like DAC. It's just a platform for hiring.

 

In his defense he didn't "come out of the blue." He's been a member here knocking on almost a year. He just doesn't have many posts. It's not like he sat dormant for 10 months waiting for someone to bad mouth HB and then he would defend them.

 

Alot of these trucks have traction control and if it's a road that looks icy and your TC gets triggered, they will assume you slid on ice.

 

I saw a loader where we pick up fly ash bust his rear on a wet fly ash surface this morning.

By some of these trucking companies’ logic he should get a ding for slipping on a mess that shouldn’t have been there to begin with.

But, ultimately, you have to grow a pair and tell these companies to go up an alley and hollar fish when they want you to do something unsafe.

Every driver who has ever driven on ice, has slid on ice, a little or alot.... I have. Who hasn't slide on ice??? Be the first to cast the first stone

 

I'm a super trucker, I've never slid on ice.
I never spun my tires in mud,
I never ran over a curb with my trailer tandems,
I never sent a text while driving,
I never talk on the phone while driving,
I never eat while driving,
I never took a no truck route as a short cut,
I never ran the scales,
I never cheated on my log book,

I never lied to my dispatcher,
I never lied to a broker,
I never double park at the truck stop,
I never complain about anything,ever,
I never go out of route,ever,

I never idled my truck all night,ever,
I never drank a six pack while layed over
For the weekend,
I never stopped by the house without permission,
I never lied to get out of a load,

I never blew my whole paycheck at the casino,
The needed a advance to get me buy,
I never lied on a application,
I always tell my dispatcher the truth,always,

I never go 1mph over the speed limit,ever,
I eat 1 apple everyday,
I drink 2 glasses of water everyday,
I never fart in line at the petro,

I never missed a gear, ever,
I hit the dock on the first shot every time,
I never parked at the pumps and took a dump,
I read every page of the company handbook,

I do a full pre and post trip inspection everyday,always,
Even on my days off.
I check my oil level twice a day,
I never took off my haz-mat placards and ran the
Pennsylvania turnpike the whole way,

I never smoked a cigarette in my truck
With a haz-mat load,
I always pulled over every 2 hours on the dot,
To check my tires too,

I never pushed a 4 wheeler into the construction cones,
I never muscle 4 wheelers around to get the job done,
I never cut anybody off,ever,
I let 4 wheelers cut me off all day,every day,
And I never get mad,
I know my company loves me and cares about me and
My family,

I'm always happy,always.
I'm a super trucker.

 

Oh, I’m a super trucker yes I am. I work all day and I sleep all night.

Well, *I* don’t sleep all night, but that’s a different story.
