    Got pulled over earlier At Flat top in WV.Officer gave me a warning for 71 in a 60..This truck will only do 65 the car that passed me was hauling arse.Im letting my company fight this as their tracking device verified my speed at 64.Oh well.

    I had that same problem in NM.

    Cars were also hauling ###.

    I'm governed at 67. The turbo was in wot mode. Uphill climb. And yet his radar somehow clocked me at 71.

    My company gave me points for getting a speeder on a paperwork inspection on an OW load in Nebraska. I was happy as hell I didn't get a ticket

    Don’t warnings still show on commercial licenses? An actual ticket you can fight, a warning you cannot.
    I had a recruiter once tell me he would tell his drivers when they were pulled over and only issued a warning for speeding, to go ahead and tell the trooper to give them a ticket, not a warning . That way they could fight it and dispute it in court. He described a warning as an arrest without a conviction, technically you weren’t convicted but people can still find it and it will still show up on your search.
