I know my head is blown but I had plans to do an overhaul just not right now. How long can I run it for? Oil level is the same it’s not rising. No smoke is blowing. Truck has . I just have pressure in my coolant tank. And I catch and refill it with old coolant bottle attached to the expansion hose after it waste coolant into it.

hard to say how long, depends I guess on terrain, hills/mountains, could go a week, could go a month.
I just spent 23k on inframe a few months ago on isx Cummins which had a blown head gasketProfessionalNoticer Thanks this. -
I went six months on a Mercedes MBE4000. But it had external coolant leaks around heads.

I ran mine while it puked for almost a year. It started off just a few drops but I didn't really start worrying about it until my undercarriage and suspension started to turn white from the coolant. I kept a very close eye on all fluids and rolled the dice. Are you a gambling man?

Haha defiantly a gambling man but I’m a terrible gambler trying to quit hopefully this truck convince me to . This my last gamble

It is likely the head gasket. That isn't only possibility tho. Air compressor head failure can add pressure to the coolant system. Need to test for combustion gas contamination. As far as how long to limp around. No way to tell. How lucky are you?

Because, There's ALWAYS a reason the Head Gasket Blew, & replacing the gasket will not cure the Problem.. just prolong the Agony..TallJoe, Elroythekid and Snailexpress Thank this.
