But see common sense would have to be used because of the different words all mean the same thing and any and all drivers should know this with no exceptions

 

Different animal but same deal common sense tells you coffe will be hot Common sense says sign saying no tractor trailer parking means no tractor parking or truckers not welcome

 

I'm not talking about in my pickup. I'm talking a truck and trailer for example California hay haulers with the cab over trucks with 24 foot flatbed on the frame pulling a 24 foot pup trailer

 

Yo have a very thin chance of beating this parking ticket using your argument that you are not a TT due to no trailer. It could be argued you are an RV because you have a bed.

The sign didn't say no Semis which a semi is a tractor trailer combo. The sign did say no tractor trailers. Technically you could win on that but the sign also said no RV which are typically large vehicles.

So if they are gonna ban large vehicles how do you justify parking your large vehicle in there?

Things coulda been way worse, they could have booted your truck and shangaied you for over $500

The sign does not say "no RV parking", it says "no overnight parking for RVs."

 

There's no minimum posted speed limit signs on most highways, I sometimes like to go 1mph and watch the pile up unfold behind me. If it's not posted in black and white, then it's completely legal here. Lmao!
