Bobtail parking ticket at walmart.. cop lied on ticket

So I can drop my trailer in that Walmart's parking lot and bobtail home?

As long as you don't bring the tractor trailer in in combination, it should be legal.

 

Parking tickets on cmvs are expensive. Got hit with a $300-500 in Compton CA, it really hurt. I don't mess around anymore lol.

Go to court and tell the judge that you were driving an oversized go-cart. Problem solved. I'm assuming there weren't any signs stating no go-cart parking?

 

Actually there is. In most every state here is how it is layed out in the DMV handbook and laws. In residential neighborhoods it's 35 if not posted. If it's not a residential neighborhood it is 55 if not posted.

But you are good blackshack because there is no minimum.

In the I'm Baaaack thread the guy had parked his TT at Target and was being kicked out. His response was that he self identified at a Prius lol,, remember Target is the company that allows men to use the ladies room if they self identify as female.

You know #### well if you had a truck going down I95 in SC at 1 mph, you would pull them over for being a danger.

I will bet you any money, the OP read the sign, contemplated for a second about if he should do it and carried on with the "I'm a bobtail" spiel. Probably thinking we would be right there with him in agreement.
