Bobtail parking ticket at walmart.. cop lied on ticket

I would just pay the ticket and move on.
I think YOU should fight the ticket with the strong conviction of not breaking any laws and the cop reporting false details on your ticket.

I say fight the ticket. Bring a couple of biscuit wrappers and empty coffee cup from Burger King to court and tell the Judge you were enjoying breakfast when the cop gave you indigestion.

 

I parked under a No Trucks parking sign recently but positioned my tractor so a big tow truck would not be able to get under it.SEveral hours later someone beating on my door, I get up, it is a little tilt bed car tow truck driver telling me to move it. Yes sir no problem.

 

If you fight it and if you win all they will do is add another sign No Trucks
