Bombardment of calls since applying for authority

It will not.

A friend of mine had a tiny business, the moment he was allowed at the courthouse and townhall (Licensing) for said business to commence he got buried in garbage bags of mail. All of them associated with trying to get a cut of his new business before he had a chance to get going.

Scam material and spam is bad enough as a person. But as a business it would be impossible. That's one of the reasons why I usually find numbers invalid when I google a business. I usually get it from the directory.

 

It'll slow down after 6 months or so maybe a little sooner and then they just put you on a list and call every 6 months or a year.

 

There should be a feature in your phone to block calls and even their texts. On the iPhone, blocking calls will also block their texts. Every week you will get less and less calls.

It’s slowed down a little for me and I started July 1st 2018. Just be aware some stuff is important but most of it is not. Some scammers try to send official looking letters. Between setting up an LLC and getting your authority the phone just blows up and I never answer. Just block as I go.

 

My phone has become useless for incoming calls due to spam. If your name doesn't pop up,I don't answer and then later on I block it.
It's out of control

 

I started my company with a Google Voice number. Only people I know have my main number.

Google voice on all correspondence and on side of truck.

Doesn’t stop em all but most.
