    #### someone for that picture. I was gonna go to bed. Now I’m gonna have nightmares. Thanks guys. Appreciate that. Some times warnings need paid attention to. Atleast it wasn’t her and any of that other show the view. Then I’d be blind and unable to sleep. lol. Not funny though.

    Lonesome Thanks this.

Someone explain how this will make cities and states not do smog checks.

let’s say regulations goes away, but states can still require some sort of smog checks or am I missing something?

    Lonesome Thanks this.

Not all states require smog checks. MN does not.
I remember when I was in CA and there were more smog check places than McD's or Starbucks.
    Not a one in MN.

I highly doubt we'll see Caterpillar enter the on road market again. It made up less than 10% of their global revenue. Now with every truck manufacturer pushing their own fully integrated powertrains and manuals being phased out there's even less space for yellow in the on road segment. Even if they did re-enter the market, with the push for fuel economy the last decade their on road engines would not be the torque monsters they used to be.

Their only hope in getting back into the on road market, IMO, is to build their own truck and not just rebadge a Navistar.
