Broker refuses to pay for fumigation. TX to CA.

    I am sure, there are honorable brokers who would reimburse for the procedure.
    For example, I had a broker who willingly offered trailer wash out after I took a load of ground plastic and not all of the totes had covers so the staff spilled all over the floor. Mess, mess and mess. So the I had to wash out those little bits of plastic and they paid for it, although it was not mentioned in the rate con nor did I specifically asked for it. I mentioned the mess on the floor after being asked about how I liked the load and whether I was interested in loading it again some time in future.
