What did your contract with them state? If it's not in the contract file on their bond...

OK, 2 things, first, what is the name of this broker? They should be outed. 2nd, this whole thing of brokers wanting ELD info needs to be nipped in the bud right now. I have no problems with email updates, a phone call now and then, or an app that tracks the load, but ELD info is private company information and will not be shared with any brokerage. Everyone should stick together on that one, unless someone can persuade me to think differently about it, I'm all ears. But you delivered a load, have a signed BOL, did anybody call and ask "hey, where's our load? It never showed up", so how much more proof does one need? Did they track you on this load? Call for updates? Again, tell us the name of the broker so we can avoid them.

Load was time sensitive, driver stated he got enough hours to get it there on time.
Load is late and driver blaming traffic, accidents and road conditions.
Broker needs to c proof that the driver did preplan and made a reasonable calculation before accepting the load.

At least you no longer have to log going into the brokers office, signing trip lease agreements, having to log 30 minutes, then 30 to break the trip lease agreement when done with that load.
But for 4400, from IL-CA I’d have to say “Thanks but.. 4626008C-F3F1-4216-B04F-FCBAE844CC3F.gif
