It stems from trauma from 2015 when I started, where I was setting load alerts at $2.40 minimum ($1.75 in the LS world) in a 500 mile range, and seeing 10 loads.

In 2005 I used to steer blade trailers for a $1.75 a mile While driving a Honda.

Broker wanted me to run this for 1700 after I quoted 19. I had to twist his arm to get it for 1750. I get to the Shipper and there's literally at least 45 trucks ahread of me in line so I cancelled. He reposted it for 2500. Stand your ground on your rates gentlemen.
