    Hello everyone,

I’ve been working with a dispatch company for a long time to find loads for my Sprinter box truck. Recently, I decided to try booking loads on my own and got access to the Sylectus load board, which is known for expedited freight.

During the first week, I used their built-in bidding system but didn’t receive any responses. After that, I created a script to send custom emails directly (without the standard Sylectus header), including all the key load and equipment information. Unfortunately, I still haven’t gotten any replies.

I’m wondering — what might I be doing wrong?
I’d really appreciate any advice or feedback. Below is an example of the email I’ve been sending.

    Thank you in advance!

Of course not! Loads appear for about half an hour and then simply disappear. There’s no additional information — just the load details and contact info.

    GoneButNotForgotten Thanks this.

Have you tried calling the contact after submitting a bid to see if you can get feedback on your quote?

I don't see you being particularly successful if you're unable to make professional phone calls.
