    Especially with the distance I travel to work and home. It was just getting to be a pain the rear every week. My boss tries very hard to keep us happy.

    Sounds good for home time but will put a crunch on income. But awesome that they offer such a schedule for sure.

    Companies need to get creative and flexible to attractive and keep folks in this industry.

    Well I have enjoyed my 11 days off, including my birthday today, but its back to work tomorrow. Big 69 years old. If I knew I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of myself!!
