I don't believe this one. Considering the variety of Elogs used from company to company. My Elogs are through my Rand McNally GPS. Maybe sometime in the future they might come out with a way to do this. I could be wrong? If so this is the first I've heard anything about it. I'm sure an article in one of the trucking papers or landline would have already had a story about this if it was true.
@scottied67 you been sitting at that lunch counter again?!?![]()

The movies were not the best but they were fun. He was good in South Pacific. Even though he was a flaming liberal, he was a stand up guy and a good friend.Rusty Trawler, Oxbow, rank and 1 other person Thank this. -

What were the tickets for actually? Check the codes against the word of law maybe he wrote the wrong ticket. I would:
1) Call the prosecutor and ask if they might consider dropping the more serious one for a guilty plea on the other and if they might remove the requirement for you to attend court.
2) If the prosecutor says no to either above, then plead not guilty to both and plan to show up at court.
3) A week before court, call the prosecutor back and repeat #1.
4) If #3 fails, show up at court and repeat #1. They might change their mind or both might get dropped or the judge may take pityLast edited: Mar 1, 2017
