Regardless of how many miles it actually gets, it needs a motor and any offer should reflect on it.

    All used trucks need something

Depends on a lot of issues on how well he took care of it. But some motors work for a long time and some go to junk pretty fast. It is all a crap shoot and no one is gonna be right. I would plan on doing a inframe right away. If you do not have the money for that I would not purchase the truck. In general a sued truck will need 15-25K a year in maintenance.

If it hasn't been rebuilt before that engine is not far off. Another 3-5k hours max I'd guess. If you buy it, be prepared for an engine rebuild in the near future. Obviously I'd run it out first, if it ain't broke don't fix it.

It sounds like the one box is at the end of its life, I just had a friend wait 13 month for a one box. They are very hard to find nationwide.

I don't inframe dd15s anymore I recommend a Longblock replacement we usually give about 30k installed going down that road ....
I second the about 20.to 22o hours and your done
Download ecm look at.total Regens active and parked
If you go a couple years newer and get ghg 17 engine platforms you will see far less Regens imo
