Buying first reefer, what year is California CARB compliant proof ??

    Half tempted to get snarky and run a reefer engine to see if it ####s marble out the exhaust.

    California is the tail that wags the national dog. Reefer work is not the end all be all there.

    Assuming the information I input about my reefer is correct (which I believe it is), is it normal for the compliance date to expire in 8 years and a few months? That’s what makes me think something is off. Maybe I shouldn’t look more into it and just leave it as it is! Hahaha.

    They always expire on 12/31/??

    If the serial#/model# doesn't match the database it won't let you continue to the cert.
