C H Robinson... On hold over 30 minutes

I've been using their app for 3 years. Uses hardly any data or battery. Eliminates all phone calls.

Best thing they ever came out with. I can also look for my next loads with it.

 

After 5-10 minutes, I hang up on them. After the 2nd time I have to hang up while under one of their loads...I don't call back anymore. Plus I have a "do not disturb" option on my phone. I set it so only my "favorite" contacts can get thru 24/7, and no one else at night. If they don't like it...T.S. (and I don't mean Terribly Sexy).

 

Its the app you need to get your info and do all the updates without making any calls.
What else do you want?

 

Get a throw away speaker flip phone.

Call them on speaker. Toss the #### phone onto the dash. Put away 50 miles while they have you on elevator music.

FFE used to route CH Robinson calls to us and our cell. We hung up on them after barking at the technology up the wazoo regarding tracking of loads of interest. A couple of those hangups and profanity eventually ensured a peaceful transit of the west from then on.

 

Use the "Carrier" app.
Works great.

 

What can this app do for me?

Hopefully dispose of the old obnoxious oversmoking cretin on the other end of that cell phone years ago...

I try to hard to be nice... I can do nice. But half of you think I should be committed or something lol.

 

Well I had the same issues as the op before they came out with this app.
Now no phone issues. I enter everything myself. Problem solved.
