If it's a LEE, I'd stay away just because of legal issues of the parts falling off.

I'll make some assumptions here, correct as needed. A 2010 386 with a factory installed C13 would have an engine SN prefix of LEE. If it no longer has the compound factory turbos and it is 500 HP, it has been emissions deleted. No way some one converted single to made it work emissions compliant. Ask yourself, does running a truck that has had emissions modified a good fit for you. Keep in mind most dealers won't touch it for repairs and independent shops are starting to shy away too with increased crackdowns from EPA.

500 is pushing a C13 pretty hard, weren't those maxed out at like 450? If it's not a glider kit truck then you're gonna have some issues getting it worked on, unless you can do it all yourself
