You are supposed to be able to see the breakdown of the pay on the site, we never have been that lucky though lol, says you supposed to use internet explorer but I refuse to use that on any of my machines.
As for the scanner app. If you have a smartphone go to the market place and type in camscanner, download it and you can scan your paperwork in and thenyou have to turn it into a PDF (in the same program) you can the send the PDF to Gail. Comes in really handy when you are out in nowhere and need to get the paperwork in before the deadline, hope that helps Cyanide.

I have been able to get in to the pay stub with Chrome on a laptop but not from my android phone. The stub just has miles pd total, other pay, perdiem (to balance deduction.) No, I have not seen any break down by trip. I was expecting to have one by snail mail for each period but found none here at home. I have seen JohnBoy break it down in this forum so I guess he just tracked it himself.

I have tried gale@calexlogistics.com, gail@calexlogistics.com. Both came back undeliverable. Is it payroll@calexlogistics.com?
-
Yikes! I am getting more grateful for 302 every time you post. What ever breaks, she still runs.
I am not a doc or a plumber but one look at the fifth wheel and king pin.... -
you can get your itinerary sheet from payroll just ask for it that has your breakdown on it...
-
Thanks for all the responses to the payroll question. I do keep track of everything. Coming over as an o/o from Swift I trust no one and micro manage every aspect of my career. I learned along time ago that this saved me a lot of money as trips just weren't paid until I said something. I'll check in with Gail this week on that breakdown. Thanks Rhino for that info. I'm going to be heading to PFG in Elizabeth, NJ tomorrow if I can get there without a boat. Hope everyone has a great and safe week.

I'm home, got here last night about 7pm. My wife picked me up, or should I say was waiting for me where I park my truck and we went out to dinner. I deliver 5am Wednesday in Orlando then will head right out. Louie asked me if I could go west when I get to Pittston and I told him yes. I also reminded him that I put in for my vacation starting on Sept. 27th and ending on Oct. 10th. He said not a problem. If it turns out like last year I'll be home a day or two before my wife and I leave on our 10 night cruise. In the mean time I'm on a mileage roll and want to keep it going until vacation time.

JohnBoy glad to see your back at home, did you get your truck back???? or are you still in a loaner.
-
Still in a loaner. I'm suppose to have either my truck or a new one when I get back on Friday. After having one with an APU for the last 11 months, I got kind of spoiled. Sleeping with the truck idling is rather annoying.
-
John... Sucks to hear about your truck. Hopefully you will truly have yours back or a new one when you return. Speaking of new trucks, I looked at one the other day and was impressed to say the least. I like the APU, the additional cabinets in lieu of the fridge, the improved gear shifter, and the dash-mounted USB and AUX inputs.
Doc... Thanks for the info about the scanner app! Worked great and saved lots of headache from NOT HAVING to go scan p-work at the truckstop.
Cougar... Hope you were able to get things working right the app. I sent stuff to gail@calexlogistics.com and everything went through fine.combatdoc Thanks this.
