Other than the broker giving me the wrong pick up number I had no problems. The directions were spot on.

 

That was a nice run and nice miles to boot!

 

I always do a little improving between tenants. That upgrades the type of renter I get. Now I have a licensed contractor moving in on a 1 year lease. The housing crash wiped out his credit score, so he paid 6 months rent in advance as well as the deposit. $5150 - leasing company fees. Not bad for a week and a half of work. Taxes and insurance have been paid. A bit out for maintenance and the rest is profit

 

ok,so 1st off let me say that i'm not even sure i'm posting this in the right area,lol..if not my apologies...ive seen calex trucks up here in new england and ive often wondered about them,so here i am...what can you tell me about them...i know all companies have the good and bad about trucking so just be honest...ive been driving for about 10 yrs now,i have my hazmat endorsement and have been hauling chemicals for the last 5 yrs on a daily basis...ive havea steady employent history,what i would like to know about calex is...whats the pay...do they have xcoss country runs...miles a week...days on,days off...any and all info would be appriciated...thatall folks,,,thank you

 

Hey john boy, what are you hauling on the Lakeland and deerfield? When I was running dedicated lanes for SP newsprint I was doing Lakeland ledger (seen quite a few calex trucks their) and sun sentinel in deerfield.
