California: Traffic School Still Showing Up As Conviction

    Not that i visited the hill that much. But never seen a cop afterwards.

    Although some have posted on here about that very same ticket and location.

    In California, we can now take traffic school if it happens in our personal vehicle. The point doesn't count against us, but apparently the conviction shows up on your H6 with the corresponding DISP code for "traffic school dismissal." I am just wondering how long it is until I can purge this off. Probably have to wait another year and a half.

    I have a Class B CDL, received a citation 2 years ago in Ventura County for 64 in a 55 in my personal vehicle, opted for Traffic School. I pulled my H6 last week for Class A School, it is not on there, like it never happened. If I remember correctly, non-commercial infractions are purged 3 years after disposition date, and all other non-commercial (Misdemeanors/Felonies) are 10 years from conviction.
