Can Anyone HELP Me Get a Job in Trucking??

Miss it, I don’t think I could work for anyone other than myself, been on my own since 1984, and driving since 1979

 

Look at any dairies, feed mills, egg farms, cotton farms (safford az) etc. These are smaller operations and even some that are "farm trucks" that don't have DOT or even CDL requirements and usually run local within 50 or much less mile radius of their mill or farm. So they won't have recruiters or websites. Call or stop by directly. Our company is a DOT subsidiary of the dairies.... But our dairies run from 5-27 "farm trucks" year round and seasonal. My father in law worked for neighbor dairy till he was 84 just hauling cow ####, silage and corn harvest running a 20 mile round trip each load.

 

I think they also have company vehicles.

 

Well, you have a job; that's the main thing.

 

I don't want the referral thing.
