I think it depends on the offense and how long ago it was.

I just came off a 135 in a 55 against a upgrade and Mr Bear came down I threw that GT into Nuetral to kill the sound of those glasspacks and I see Mr Bear's rear end bounce as he hammered his brakes trying to see if he wants me or not.

I guess not. But Ima tell you looking back on that day wrapping up a pass of 20 people on that 2/4 mile straight I would have been so arrested and buried under the jail if that bear was maybe two minutes earilyer getting out the door.

I never feel good about these things in my life past such as it is. It was a very good engine that just wont quit. (351-M foundry in Cleveland 70's era) Of all the car engines Ive had, that 351 would be what I called bullet proof.

Why you stop at a 120?

Seriously, get an attorney and see about getting them off or sealing them.
Statute of limitations is 3 years ,but that depends on jurisdiction and charge.
    Best of Luck man.

GT never had a 351 right?
99% of mustangs were dogs compared to bikes. Only mustang I ever lost to was a turbo 92 on a 2 speed powerglide @ Ennis Texas. He literally ran solid 9.9's all day lol.

Get the license, and spend time looking for an owner operator in your area, possibly craigslist.
It really depends on your area you live in,and the ratio of drivers to available jobs.
The insurance to employ you will be the deciding factor, more than likely no matter who
    may want to hire you.
