That is one thing that Landstar does not have An agent or customer ranking system. All you can do is listen to your instinctual body parts and keep a list of bad agents/loads on a page labeled "ignore these agents". May be better to use a roll of TP cause the list gets kinda long.
That’s why you get your own numbers, not a broker in the country will screw you over, LS agents are the only ones that do that.
Simple lies. That is not my truck. OUTRIGHT LIES. Everybody told me I would make less money because - and I quote - You can't get in to shippers and recievers You will lose half your revenue to pilot cars due to length Showers and a kitchen won't add up to anything And they were all right. DO NOT exceed yard jockey wheelbase. And NEVER buy one used. Utter junk. Mastery of multi-quote is admirable. As a BCO you can start up a FB page and sheet talk agents - I've read some, they're great! Especially when I know the agent, both sides of the story and the truth. And I encourage them to do so - they repel the other pests from bothering decent agents with good freight. But yes - from a newbie perspective it's a daunting process being the crash test dummy running brokered loads for kids that couldn't look you in the eye if they met you, until you sort wheat and chaff.
