    I don't appreciate being called a liar sir. I recall one driver in the Swift forum telling his story of being fired when the driver facing camera caught him using his cell phone while creeping around at a customer's property.

    Here is the guidance directly from the FMCSA.

    In addition to citations the FMCSA can fine a driver 2,700.00 and a company 11,000. That would have to be one important phone call.
