    Just look at this. You know for #### sure he can't muster up enough smarts to pour piss out of boot with the directions written in Kinyarwanda, on the heel! FFS! I've been traveling the 163 lately, since I got my new gig. This makes me so angry. I can adequately convey it. You are right him and the CDL issuing authority both need to be killed!

    Google Translate get a non english speaker thru the door..... Hearing aids get the dwaf hired. Soon self driving trucks can use non sighted trucks....

    No, speaking English would not make him a decenthuman being. But if he was required to take the CDL exam in English and be fluent in English to be employed, he MAY have not ever got the license or the job and 3 people MIGHT still be alive.

    But if he can’t speak English it’s pretty safe to say he can’t read it either, how the hell do you drive anything much less a semi and can’t read traffic signs ?

    Are drivers who cross into the USA from Canada and Mexico required to speak and understand English?
    Just curious because if they aren't required then nothing else matters.
