If that was me I would’ve drained my air tanks with the horn and my video would be banned from YouTube for foul language.

Thinks you should have done something to be proactive and were a contributing factor; even though we think it’s all the other guys fault: fault can be assigned to any of us CMV drivers! And; I’ve seen it done........

Even if assigned only 10 or 20 percent contributing factor in any accident can ruin your career

Reason I ask is that the speed recorded on your GPS is 29 mph or less on approach.

Lower speeds result in far less damage/injury in the result of impact. This is even more critical in pedestrian vs. car accidents.

I like the fact you were travelling at a speed that allows for faster response and less injury possibility.

You shouldn't expect drivers on 4 wheelers to be that smart, moreover they do things automatically and depends where you at people always in rush. Even those potential crash wouldn't be your fault, you wouldn't want that to happen. If it was me, I would start changing lanes right when I get to that car, just not to let them think I'm turning into gas station. Or maybe I wouldn't use my turn lights in this specific case for the same reason. I saw an accident in about a month ago with exact same situation when tanker tank with LP hit pickup truck at 50-55mph. With what I saw, I wouldn't think pickup driver and passenger would be alive in that accident, however likely they survived. Young lady with 1 year old kid. Pick up was in fault, but either way I wouldn't want to get into any accident at all, no matter whose fault it is, and sometimes I have to think for other drivers as well not to give them opportunity to do stupid things, while sitting in my own seat.

It was probably 30 or 35 mph. But yes very true.
