Cascadia hood mirror

Looking online they start at 250.00 and up for a set of hood mirrors. Looks like all you have to do is drill 4 holes each side of hood where you want the mirrors and bolt them down under the hood

 

Mine came with only the passenger side hood mirror. Want to get the driver side done, feel half blind in some situations without it.

 

On my 2016 if you look on the inside of the hood I can see where they moulded into the fibreglass a reinforcement and dimples to drill out that would correspond to the mirror brackets.

 

I ve never heard of any heated hood mirrors

 

I can t understand why some of these companies can t just spend the extra 120.00 or so to have both hood mirrors when they spec the trucks

 

Because they'll have half of their drivers complaining either way. Might as well have 50% complaining for half the price.

There was a thread on here some time ago where people were arguing about hood mirrors. I'll always remember one guy saying that people were being lazy by looking in their hood mirror on top of the standard mirrors. How looking through extra mirrors makes you lazy, I'll never know.
