So this afternoon was cruising along when a tank truck passed me.

Noticed a flat tire so tried to call on CB with no reply. Is there a better or worse way to try and notify other drivers of issues? Don't want to advertise to DOT they might have a field day chasing violations in a certain area.

Just call them on the radio and tell them they have a flat. if they don't respond, then it is on them and call the cops so someone doesn't get killed.

Yep, tried to call but it blew within a half mile. Driver stopped pretty quick, was surprised as the trailer was leaning.
