Review the manual, practice the pre-trip on your car visualizing the truck as you go along calling out your checks. Get a good nights sleep and a light breakfast and keep calm.
You are ready, or you are not. Don't make yourself unready by allowing yourself to get too stressed out.
Remember: People way stupider than you have successfully done this.Juanmann74, Kyle G., homeskillet and 5 others Thank this. -

You can't study enough. In a few years as a driver. One day you'll be sitting in traffic or in the sleeper and ask yourself, what the hell was I thinking. Lol and good luck in your quest.

Take some online pre-tests and relax. Getting all stressed out only increases your odds of failing. Get plenty of rest the night before the test and drink a big glass of water when you first wake up. I know it sounds crazy but it has been shown to increase productivity. Other than that just study and do your best. Best of luck...

Honestly, and I hate to say this- but just look at some of these idiots out here with a CDL! Go ahead, flame me ! I said it!!!! It had to be said and I said it! Some of these fools with CDLS makes me scratch my head.
Be confident. YOU GOT THIS!!!!TaterWagon#62, tscottme, Bless01153 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Everything you need to know is in the manual.
Take a deep breath and make sure you pass the test. And if you don't pass it it's not the end of the world. You are given another chance to pass it eventually. Pay close attention to your pre-trip and to your air brakes knowledge.
Also if you are giving a physical pre-trip test make sure that you have a pair of gloves and touch things, check for tightness and nothing loose and explain what you are looking for. The Examiner will be impressed.
Remember you only need to jump this hurdle one time and your whole career.
And when you get out here with the rest of us it'll be just like brushing your teeth.
