Well, after sitting in Wilmer for an hour, thinking I'm too close to Waco for comfort... I drive right by Waco for a pickup in Temple. Taking it to Tempe Arizona... jackpot!!!

Lourdsburg tonight... Tempe at 08:00 tomorrow... getting up before all the other roosters tomorrow!

My back haul is already booked... Phoenix to.... drumroll ......Waco...... Ohhhhh Noooooo!!!!

That's 2900 for the week if I don't get something out of Waco Saturday afternoon... Not bad with a reset in the middle of the week...

Entertaining the idea of driving team my first 6 months to take full advantage of getting that tuition reimbursement ASAP also since I’d like to think I wouldn’t have to worry about getting to little miles as a team either. The only thing that has me hesitant with CFI is no apu’s and it’s a temperature idle shut off if I’m not mistaken. Do you guys know any tricks to override the idle cut off? Can you get in trouble with your companies if you do this sort of thing? Thanks.

I’ve done that run once or twice. It’s actually kinda nice. Not too heavy either way.

I did about 90 miles on u.s. 190 in the dark... I lost count of the deer I saw... they kept me on my toes! Slept at Walmart in Brady last night...no cell service, no data... open the curtains this morning and a deer was grazing outside... I knew then it was going to be a busy drive.

I try not to drive out there after dark. Lots of deer roaming near and on the highways.

Teams don't idle... they run and gun.
I have to go to Jopmo once a month for a bare-bottm spanking for idling... not too much trouble.

So that’s why your idle percentage is so high. You dirty, dirty, bird.
