CFI Driver's What's Your 20? (2017 edition)

Fell asleep in California and woke up in BFE Arizona. Working on dinner now! Then I'll start my shift. If anyone enjoys cooking on the truck I highly recommend an instapot. These things are amazing!?

 

I like that thing. Will probably get one for the home 20 when I get a home 20 again. Clean up make me lean towards the old reliable crock pot. Just throw away the liner. I suspect you can't use a liner on a pressure cooker....that could get humid and messy!

 

The only thing I see hard is keeping fresh meat and veggies for the slow cookers. Can’t buy those at the truck stops. But I’ve very much considered it.

 

According to everything I've read you can use the liners on the settings that don't use pressure cooking. Such as slow cooking and stuff. But honestly the little pot that's on the inside is so easy to clean, literally nothing sticks to it at all. The most annoying thing to clean is the rubber ring that seals it. But I use a toothbrush and that makes it alot easier.

they run 550 to 560 and they can be hard wired to ur lighter outlet behind it lol at least the t680 fridges

Finally getting my truck washed since I first got her. She’s a dirty ##### right now.
