When I was in Florence South Carolina over the weekend I stopped at the Petro to get oil filter tightened up that was leaking... I leave there I'm heading to the customer I have all kinds of time so I pull into the pilot right there in Florence and grab a quick shower. I get to the customer, and and as I'm pulling in I noticed the mud flap on the left side on the trailer is missing... Dang I'm spected this thing when I picked it up in Florida, I inspected again before I left the Petro, and now I got no mud flap?

I didn't think I bumped the curb when I stopped at the pilot to grab the shower... And I was right I didn't... All four mounting bolts for the mud flap we're missing somebody stole it while I was taking a shower.... Another facepalm head-shaking moment.

 

Flying vajayjay Kenly North Carolina... Delivering in Conway South Carolina tomorrow morning... Just to add to the irony there, I'm pulling a Conway trailer... Simple things amuse this simple mind

Yep, I like it even better than Whites over on I-81 but I'm not here that often on 95... And I have to eat some of my own cooking tonight so that's why I'm at the J... And I need a shower

 

Dang I used to live in Maryland many years ago and I saw more Backcountry between Maryland and Pennsylvania today than I ever saw back in the day... Can't Find Interstates...

Actually I did way too much Interstate driving today on I-95... All the evacuees are now heading back to Florida traffic was heavy going south

 

Out just past Wentzville MO. Deliver there in the AM.
