Cook in truck...crock pot, microwave and coffee maker are the only appliances. Eat out once or twice a week, try to pick buffet with nice salad bar and good veggie choices.

Groceries are good for 7 days in the coleman. Usually buy raw chicken and raw pork. Pork is vacuum pack so I can wait 3 to 4 days to cook it. System works well for me...

Have a variety of spices so the taste is different every time even though I'm eating the same food.

Marie calender frozen meals makes a nice change of pace, but too many carbs to eat every night. I could easily eat 2 of the frozen meals, but that spoils limiting portions. Like I said, a little discipline.

Raw, if any of the meat is vacuum packed, it will keep longer so cook that last.

At the Loves in Dickson, Tennessee. Broken belt on the right front steer tire. Headed to Magnolia, Mississippi to pick up 48,000 pounds of lumber, and taking it to Conroe, Texas, and then deadhead to Laredo, Texas to get some Tacoma frames for Louisville, Kentucky, and that's my week. 2,626 miles for the week. End up taking the Tacoma frames to the house for Monday delivery to Louisville, but still get paid by the honor system.

Blah we been stuck at the KW dealership since yesterday morning. They think we have a power steering problem. But they didn't even pull the truck into shop until about 6am this morning.

Side note. We usually always cook on the truck, like 1 day a week we'll eat out if there is a cool local joints nearby to try or a regional fast food we haven't tried yet.

Fridge, Keurig, instant pot, electric skillet, and a toaster oven are what we use. And it works out great. We make sure we take our 10 at a Walmart once or twice a week.

In Sioux City ia getting field up. Delivering in waverly Nebraska in two hours. Entertaining the idea of doing dedicated. Could only imagine, being home two days a week then out 5 days. Could easily meal prep every meal every weekend.
