CFI Driver's What's Your 20? (2017 edition)

Finally dropping this load in Otay Mesa within the hour feels like I've had this load forever! Then heading up to LA to grab a load going to Lenexa and then picking up another load going to PA. HOPEFULLY Pa gets rid of some that snow before I show up.

 

I had some fun in the snow the other day... It wasn't fun

If you get through without scratching paint... it's fun looking back, but never when you're in it.

 

Got pre planned on a hazmat load. 2000 miles to Phoenix. First time going to Phoenix lol.

 

Fun times to be had in Phoenix. And by that I mean a crap ton of traffic. Flows pretty good though! I feel like Phoenix is one of my second homes we drives through or have a load go through about every other week. Haha

 

Sounds like batteries. Last time I was there, my exit was closed for construction, there was a fatal wreck that closed the other side of the highway, so when I found an open exit, I took it and used city streets. So did everyone else since the highway was closed. Got to a mile from the delivery, blew a drive tires. Guess the traffic copters were talking about me on drive time radio!

Got the tire changed, made the delivery, heading to the flying j, truck on my right makes right turn, tail swing nails my mirror... I love Phoenix.

True story...We used to have a guy in safety, his total job was to get mpg up on drivers that were having problems. His name was Mike, nicknamed Mikes per Gallon.
