CFI Driver's What's Your 20? (2017 edition)

Yeah, the school is in Perrysburg, Ohio. Called Trainco.... they seem nice so far already spoken with the VP and everything lol. I guess I will be there for 2 weeks then I will be sent to Taylor, MI. For my orientation, and from there go OTR with my finisher... then test at Joplin I believe to get my own truck... then finally some home time... Cortney seemed to think I would get 3-4 days off at least. Then I’d be on my own

 

I have the Rand McNally overdrive 7 and love it, is a good investment for being able to find nearby truck stops on the fly and helps allot with hazmat routing

 

The people net gps will get the job done and I saw they updated it and has a hazmat profile in it now. Just make sure to double check your routes on an atlas before proceeding with gps

 

I also love how Rand McNally gives warning speed and how far until weigh stations and what not. Very convenient

I 80 covered in ice from North Platte Nebraska to omaha. Parked at a Walmart down on NE 2, snowing like crazy. Pick up in Waverly will be late. Heading to Ft Collins when I get the load. Had dinner plans with friends in Ft Collins tonight...might have to cancel this.

Dang I'm picking up in Grayson ky tomorrow morning and that loads taking me to Sparks Nevada. Praying for some good weather.

 

And I gotta stop falling asleep without my by k warmer turned on. Waking up in 20 or 30 some degrees is not fun!!!!

 

Not a massive stirm, but who knows what's coming in behind it. Dos gstos might be sending his weather this way

 

Definitely need to talk to my travel agent...hes got to get me back down to Roosterville!
