CFI Driver's What's Your 20? (2017 edition)

Just did my first full 30 minute shadow boxing workout and holy hell I am beat!

 

I do shadow-snoozing...don't burn any calories, but I don't take any in either so it's a wash!

 

It is gonna do that BP a ton of good if you keep up with it.

 

For sure. Wanna do it again today but my lower back and arms are still so sore from yesterday... I forgot how muscles hate coming back from hiatus... Oh I remember my high school days now of holding onto the walls to slowly drop myself onto the toilet after the first leg day following a break in the gym lmao

 

Finally got out of Laramie. They said if I stay one more day I would have to run for mayor. The first hundred mile was slippery but cruise control after that. Eden Idaho tonight. Might go for jubitz if its convenient to my customer...if not, troutville is the spot.

 

Yep. I lifted weights today. Getting older doesn't make it any easier

2.7 miles to my first drop, that's pretty convenient and 12 hours to do it in...

 

Jubitz is so much better than Troutdale

 

I love jubitz other than the blind side parking!
