Some random ad on Facebook comes to me on a really bad day.

    Screenshot_20200130-183705_Facebook.jpg

Started 3 hours late due to roads...made it 75 miles, shut down for 3 more hours, bright sunny afternoon rolling into Laramie, I could see snow up on the mountain, I 80 closed. Went 200 miles in 9 hours in magnificent Wyoming winter.

    Not laughing!

I got out of Laramie friday morning. Road to Cheyenne was open, but it shouldn't have been. Scariest hour of my life driving over that pass. 15 mile stretch was blowing snow ...totally blind no rumble stops, was using reflector on the side as a guide, most times you couldn't see the next reflector.

Took an hour to go about 12 miles. Had my seat surgically removed when I got to the bottom.

On the bright side, 660 miles today with KC and St Louis. Took an hour nap along the way, had 3 minutes left on my 11, and the 14 ran out while I was fueling. Probably didn't need to push that hard, but was trying to get further from WY_F-ING-OMING.

I don't blame you lol, was telling my wife jokingly that they should just close the state down all winter, make trailer drop points at the state border and let the local drivers deal with Wyoming's winter BS.

More bright news...I 70, exit 45 in illinois, fuel stop. Great Mexican restaurant 1/10 mile away... they have truck parking if weather is too crappy to hoof it.
