And you sir.....are pissed. Cheap and Heavy will obly do what you let them. Same for any other trucking company. They will only take advantage of what you let them.
Have to agree. I've pulled their loads on numerous locations. Everything went like clockwork, from the load confirmation to settlement. If you find them to be too cheap and heavy, don't take their loads... plain and simple. I've seen some cheap and heavy from them and pretty much everybody else. I just elect not to pull them. Game over.
I've dealt then them all of my career, and their "shipment information center" is the worst. A lot of times they will give you inaccurate info or not what you need, or just talk down to drivers like a bunch of robots. If you encounter a problem with the load, like being delayed by the shipper, they will coerce the driver into running illegal.
I wish every single trucking company (big or small) would boycott these fools! Open your eyes. If you keep hauling for them you're only making them stronger and allowing them to lower the rates. It's better to loose a couple hundred bucks than to put them in their pockets. "Say no to cheap freight!!"
